Adding an Existing Parameter Value in DocStudio
To add existing parameter values in DocStudio:
1. Open the document in DocStudio.
2. Select Edit Content from the Select Action list.
3. Navigate to the Parameter Values field and double-click the Parameter Values table.
If there are no previously added parameter values, the Add Value window for editing parameter values opens.
a. Select Existing.
This option is selected by default.
A list of parameters and parameter values defined across various hierarchical levels and those defined in the current item are listed.
b. Select one or more parameter values to be added and click Add.
The selected values are added to the Parameter Values table.
c. Click Proceed in the Edit - Parameter Values table.
d. Click Save.
If there are existing parameter values, the Edit - Parameter Values window opens.
a. Click in the Edit - Parameter Values table.
The Add Value window opens.
b. Select Existing.
This option is selected by default.

The selected values are added to the Parameter Values table.
d. Click Proceed in the Edit - Parameter Values table.
e. Click Save.
