To delete ACLs in the GUI
1. Select the project, subproject, or member you want to view ACLs for.
2. Select one of the following:
◦ Project > Views > View Permissions
◦ Member > Views > View Permissions
The View Permissions window opens.
3. Select the project, subproject, or member in the ACL tree that has the ACL you want to delete.

• The projects, subprojects, or members that have ACLs are indicated by the or icons in the ACL tree.
• You can select multiple ACLs for deletion in the ACL pane.
4. Select ACL > Delete ACLs.
Alternatively, right-click the ACL in the ACL pane and select Delete ACLs.
The Confirm ACL Deletion window displays.
5. To confirm deletion, click Yes.
The ACL is deleted. Windchill RV&S updates the icon of the selected project, subproject, or member to indicate that the ACL tree node has no ACL defined.
