To log in using the Web interface
1. Start your Web browser.
2. Browse to the location of the Windchill RV&S server home page. Your administrator can provide you with its location. The URL for the Windchill RV&S server home page displays in the form:
http://servername:portnumber
for example,
http://abcfinancial:7001
The Windchill RV&S server home page displays.
3. Click Start Configuration Management Web Interface or Start Workflows and Documents Web Interface. A browser password dialog box displays, prompting you for your user name and password.
4. In the User Name field, enter your user name.
5. In the Password field, enter your password.
6. To save your password so you do not need to enter it each time you log in, select the Remember my password option (Internet Explorer only).
7. To accept the login information, click OK. Windchill RV&S validates your login information, then the Web interface displays.
