To roll back a Windchill RV&S Agent service pack
1. Shut down the Windchill RV&S server, if running.
2. Run the following command:
PatchAgent -rollback
The Windchill RV&S Agent is rolled back.
3. Restart the Windchill RV&S server.
When they connect to the Windchill RV&S server, instances of Windchill RV&S Agent are automatically instructed to roll back if the service pack level exceeds the maximum allowed.
