Editing Change Package Types
Only partial editability of change package types is available from the GUI. For full editability, use the CLI.
Only users assigned as change package administrators or a super administrator with Admin permission under the mks:im ACL are permitted to edit a change package type.

By default, the everyone group is allowed to view configuration management change packages. Once new permissions are set for the configuration management change package type, the default settings are overwritten. If you set new permissions where no parameters are specified, then no one can view configuration management change packages.

You cannot edit the si (configuration management) change package type from the GUI. The change package type can only be modified through the CLI.
