Select label
Before exporting a label has to be selected for each document to be exported. This can be done for each document or for multiple documents at once.
1. Select by using the Operation radio button to choose which labels are shown in the left hand side.
All labels will show all labels which exist in any of the documents listed on the right hand side, even if it only exist in one of the documents
Labels available in every document will show all labels which exist in every document listed on the right hand side. Labels which only exist in some of the documents will not be shown
2. On the left hand side select a label that should be exported. This label will be set for each document on the right hand side which has the checkbox in front of the name ticked.
current will export the documents at current state
<Last label> will export the last created label of each document selected
all other labels will export the label with the same major, minor-version and suffix of each selected document if the label exist in the document. If not the exported label will not be changed
3. On the right hand side select those documents for which the label to be exported should be changed by ticking the checkbox next to the document name
The column Label shows the label currently selected for each document.
The button All will check all documents and the button None will un-check all documents on the right hand side.
With the filter you can limit the documents displayed to those which start with the same characters as typed in the field next to Filter (wildcards like * and ? can be used as well).
4. Click Finish or Next if all labels are configured. If you click on Next you will be led to the perspective selection page
The label(s) have been configured for all selected documents.
