Quickstart > Configure Import > Select import perspective
Select import perspective
Before updating a perspective has to be selected for each document to be updated. This can be done for each document or for multiple documents at once.
1. Check the Show parents checkbox if parents of requirements should be updated even though they are not part of the selected perspective
2. On the left hand side select a perspective that should be updated. This perspective will be set for each document on the right hand side which has the checkbox in front of the name ticked.
<none> means no perspective will be set and all requirements in a document will be updated without any filter.
3. On the right hand side select those documents for which the perspective to be updated should be changed by ticking the checkbox next to the document name
The column Perspective shows the perspective currently selected for each document
The column Show parents indicates if parents of requirements should be updated even if the parent requirement is not part of the selected perspective
The button All will check all documents and the button None will un-check all documents on the right hand side.
With the filter you can limit the documents displayed to those which start with the same characters as typed in the field next to Filter: (wildcards like * and ? can be used as well).
4. Click Finish if all perspectives are configured.
The perspective(s) have been configured for all selected documents.
