Select export attributes
Selecting attributes to be exported from the Requirements Management tool
This section describes how to configure the object and document attributes to be exported.
1. Select Select document attributes within the Guided Actions and Configure export section
A selection dialog will open up and show the documents, the available attributes and the selected attributes. You can chose those attributes that should be exported by moving them from the left column to the right one.

You can use shift and ctrl to select multiple attributes at once. You can also make the settings for multiple/all documents at once.
All attributes will show all attributes of all documents — Attributes available in every document will only show those attributes that exist in every selected document.
2. Click Finish to confirm your settings for the document attributes.
3. Select Select object attributes within the Guided Actions and Configure export section.
4. Chose the object attributes in the same way as the document attributes.
5. Click Finish to confirm your settings for the objects attributes.
The selected attributes will show up within the attributes table.
