Set common mapping options
To export or import documents from or to Windchill RV&S a mapping file needs to be created. This can be used in different roundtrips. To set the common mapping options valid for all document types:
1. Click on the ... button next to the field next to All Documents query to select which query will be used to look for documents in Windchill RV&S.
2. Click on the ... button next to the field next to All Projects query to select which query will be used to look for projects in Windchill RV&S.
3. Click on the ... button next to the field next to Server date format to set the date and time format.
4. Right click on the name of the mapping and click on Add document mapping to add a document type specific mapping. Repeat for all document types needed
The common mapping options have been configured.
