Windchill Service Information Manager Overview
During a Windchill PDMLink installation, you can install the optional components Windchill Service Information Manager and Windchill Service Parts.
You need to be a Windchill administrator who is familiar with Windchill PDMLink installation and configuration. Carefully consult the following before proceeding:

License Profile
If you have purchased a license for Windchill Service Information Manager and Windchill Service Parts, make sure you add users to the license group that is a member of the following profile license group:
• PTC Service Information Manager License
• PTC Service Information Manager Standard License
• PTC Service Information Manager Reviewer License
• PTC Service Parts License
