The WVS Job Monitor
Use the WVS Job Monitor to view and manage the status of different types of WVS jobs. Select the WVS Job Monitor icon in Quick Links or from the Representations/Annotations table to access the Job Monitor, or selectWVS Job Monitor in the Business Administration section of the Utilities page.
The WVS Job Monitor provides a set of tools to help assess the ongoing health of the publishing sub-system. This information includes:
Number of jobs for each worker which have been processed
Number of failed jobs
Time and date for each job
Priority of queue
Submission, start, and end times
Event that initiated the publishing job
The list of jobs displayed is sensitive to the context level of the user or administrator. For example, a user can see the details for only the jobs that he has submitted, whereas a product administrator sees only those jobs for the current product when the WVS Job Monitor is launched from the Utilities page of that product. The information in the WVS Job Monitor is read-only.
The top section of the WVS Job Monitor window is the Job Summary, which displays a sortable list of jobs. The information in the list is read-only.
You can find detailed descriptions of the Job Summary and Job Detail in the Windchill Help topics Job Summary Fields and Job Detail.
