Resource Pool Tab
Use the Resource Pool tab to identify the pool of users that are available as task participants.
You can select from various participant types to form the resource pool for each role. The users identified in the pool are then displayed in the Role Setup tab, from which the role permission map is defined.

The Resource Pool tab is only visible when editing or creating a workflow template. The tab does not appear when viewing the workflow template in read-only mode.
1. Under Role, select an activity participant role. The roles that are available are defined under the Participants tab.
2. Under Pool, select one of the following:
Groups
Select one or more groups to use as the resource pool.
a. From the Service menu, select a specific directory or All.
b. To limit the groups displayed in the table, enter the name of the group in the Group Name field, and click Find. You can use the asterisk (*) wildcard.
Leave this field blank to display all groups in the selected service.
c. Click Find.

Teams
Select one or more team templates.

Context Team
Select the team configured for the context in which the primary business object is located.

Select one or more roles.

The pool options displayed are limited by the context from which the Workflow Template Administration utility is launched.
3. Click the add button >> to add your selection to the resource pool.
