Note Templates Table Information
Select Note Templates from the view drop-down list and the Templates table refreshes, displaying all note templates that are available from the current context.
The columns in the table provide the pertinent information about the note templates, including:
The type and version of the template.
The version of the template that is enabled.
Whether the template is visible in the current context.
The context in which the template was created. Only those who have administrative privileges in the context listed can update the template.
You can use the show icon and hide icon to determine the visibility of the templates in the current context.
Use the new template icon to create a new note template.
The right-click actions menu for each row in the table includes several actions that are commonly available. For more information on these actions, see Common Actions.
The following actions are also available from the right–click actions menu for each row in the table, and can be performed on an individual note template:
Action
Description
Edit Association
Allows you to edit the association between the note template and any associated parts. For more information, see Editing the Association of CAD Documents and Parts
Enable
Allows you to make the template available for use. When selected, the note template is enabled for use.
This action is only available if the template is disabled.
Disable
Allows you to make the template unavailable for use.
This action is only available if the template is enabled.
