Viewing License Information

Use the License Details table to view license feature information and license consumption. If you are connected online, Windchill synchronizes with PTC backend system every 24 hours to check for any changes in license entitlement. Those changes can be viewed in the License Details table. Click

Column	Description
License Name	Specifies the name of the license purchased
License Feature	Specifies the name of the license feature purchased.
License Type	Specifies the type of the license purchased
Total Quantity	Displays the total quantity of the license feature purchased.
Available Quantity	Displays the available quantity of the license feature after consumption • For a Named User, displays the group membership count. • For Active Daily User, displays the actual consumption of license counts for 24-hour period.
Enforced	Specifies whether license group membership for named user license or license consumption for active daily user is enforced.
Latest Expiration Date	Specifies the latest expiration of the license feature with date and time. Dates will appear in red, if any of the license features are expiring in 30 days.

If the available count is displayed in negative for a license feature, it implies that the license count has exceeded. In such case, administrators cannot add users to that license group.
