Using Worker Agent Administration
The Worker Agent Administration utility provides several troubleshooting options. Using this utility, you can start and stop workers, test whether a worker is set up properly, view worker log files, and start verbose workers.
1. Open Windchill in a web browser and log in as Site Administrator.
2. In Windchill, from the Site context, navigate to > (located in the System Administration section).
3. The Worker Agent Administration window opens.
