Viewing a Schedule
This function displays a schedule within a context process. The context process must already exist.
1. From the
Process List page, click on a process's information icon
to view that process's details.
2. From the process’s
Details tab, select
List Schedules from the
drop-down list.
3. The system displays the Schedules List page. The schedules of the process display:
4. On the
Schedules List page, the
Search in table icon
above the columns allows you to search for text within the file names.
The - Pick a View - drop-down list above the columns gives you the option of displaying All, Enabled only, or Disabled only schedules.
The
Table display options icon
on the top right corner gives you the option to
View selected objects only when the check boxes next to the processes are enabled. If no processes are selected, all processes are displayed.
5. Click the
Information icon
of a schedule to display details of the schedule:
6. The details are read only, and display attributes of the schedule:
◦ Primary Attribute includes name, description, created on, last modified, creator, and process
◦ Schedule Attribute includes frequency, remaining runs, and next run
◦ More Attributes includes system identifiers of the schedule, such as change notice, construction number, container path, master UFID, number, process ID, UFID, and view type.
7. Close the windows by clicking .
