Libraries Table (Next Gen UI)
The new Libraries table appears when you turn on the New Libraries toggle in the upper-right corner of the classic Libraries page.
The New Libraries toggle is available on the classic Libraries page accessed through View All from the Libraries context in the navigator.
Actions
To perform the desired action on an existing library listed in the table, select the checkbox in the corresponding table row and click the icon in the table toolbar.
The following actions are available from the Libraries table toolbar.

 Add to Favorites |
Adds the selected libraries as your favorites.

 Remove from Favorites |
Removes the selected libraries from your favorites.

The  New Library action is available in the table toolbar for creating a new library only if you have create permission. |
