• Imported part related documents must reference parts and documents that already exist in Windchill PDMLink. If a part or document referenced in the part related documents does not exist, the import fails.

• When part related documents are added or removed, only the part is iterated.

• If the Update Checked Out Objects option is selected during the import process and the action is invalid, an error message is displayed, and the import does not proceed.
