Use of Legacy Link is Terminated

Description
Starting with Windchill 13.0.2.0, the system has enforced a veto on the creation of legacy links. As a result, it is no longer possible to create legacy links, legacy change management objects, and legacy quality management objects.
This will affect solutions like Windchill PDMLink system, FlexPLM system, WADM (Windchill Aerospace and Defense Module), and any custom change objects. In Windchill 11.0 M010, the flexible links were introduced as the replacement for legacy links. Starting with Windchill 11.1.0 (11.1 F000), any new Change Objects or Quality Management objects created used flexible links by default. However, any older (created prior to 11.1.0) Change Objects and Quality Management objects may still contain legacy links. Legacy Links will require a mandatory conversion of all remaining legacy links to flexible links prior to an upgrade to Windchill 13.0.2.0 or later.
