Enhancements in the Change Summary Reports

Description
The BOM redline modifications now appear in the Change Notice Summary Report while the change is being planned or implemented.
The Summary of Changes section in Change Notice Summary Report also shows the following information:
• All parts that are listed as resulting objects.
• All planned parts that have a BOM redline but do not have a corresponding resulting object.

The BOM redlines do not appear in any completed or cancelled change notices and change tasks.
