PDM actions from the RMB menu apply only to the selected node on which the action is performed (unlike from the main Creo CADDS 5 window, where PDM actions apply to the object active in session).

Windchill Workgroup Manager changes the behavior of some of the native commands in your authoring application, such as File or Activate. For example:
• when Creo CADDS 5 is connected to Windchill Workgroup Manager, the File and Activate operations default to the workspace local directory.
• once a CAD object has been named in the authoring application, it cannot be renamed later to maintain naming conventions. In other words, Windchill Workgroup Manager cannot modify the value of the File Name attribute for CADDS 5 objects in Windchill. However, you are able to perform this action server-side.
