Editing a Process Plan
Use the Edit Process Plan action in the Process Plan Browser to edit the process plan attributes. Perform the following steps to edit a process plan:
1. In the Structure tab of Process Plan Browser, select a process plan.
2. From the Editing section, click Editing > Edit Process Plan. The Edit Process Plan dialog box opens. Alternatively, right-click and select Editing > Edit Process Plan to open the Edit Process Plan dialog box.

The Edit Process Plan action is disabled if you select multiple process plans or select a process plan that is already checked out by another user.
3. The Edit Process Plan dialog box displays the process plan details. If you create any custom attribute for the process plan, the Edit Process Plan dialog box also displays these attributes. Edit the Description, Long Description, and values of the custom attributes based on your business requirements.

The supported cascading attributes are also appear in the Edit Process Plan dialog box.
4. Click Check In to check in the process plan. Optionally, you can also click Save. In this case, the attribute values are updated ,and the process plan object remains checked out.
