Windchill Performance Advisor Queue Details
The schedule for when a periodic Performance Advisor report is generated is managed by using queues. As part of the Windchill installation, the WAReportCreationManager queue entry is created in the commonScheduleQueue queue and is scheduled for the same mid-night (local server time) in the commonScheduleQueue queue.
This queue entry schedules the date and time of the next report generation.

After the initial queue entry processes, a new entry is automatically created. The new entry reschedules the date and time for the next report generation depending on the frequency set for each report. For more information on setting frequency for a report, see Windchill Performance Advisor Utility.
When the date and time established in the WAReportCreationManager queue entry occurs, Windchill completes the following actions:
• Generates the Performance Advisor report.
• Saves the generated report on the local system.

Changing the frequency of the reports to a lower interval will not take effect until the currently scheduled queue entry is executed.
Suppose the frequency for all report is set to weekly and you change the frequency for one of the reports to daily, the change will be recognized and implemented only when the current queue entry scheduled to run weekly executes. The next queue entries are scheduled based on the changed, that is, daily frequency.
