UDI Template Information Page
A UDI template provides a starting point for creating a UDI. The UDI template information page is a collection point for information related to the UDI template, and is accessed by clicking View Information in the right-click actions menu for the UDI template on the Templates table.
From the information page, you can perform actions on a UDI template, as well as view the object attributes and any related details.
Actions
The UDI template information page contains a list of applicable actions in a menu in the upper left corner of the page. See Actions for a list of common actions available in Windchill. The availability of these actions depends on the status of the UDI template, as well as your access to it.

Description
Rename
Allows you to modify the name and number of the UDI template.
Set State
Allows to set the UDI lifecycle state to Creation, Approval, Closed or Canceled. For more information, see Setting the State of an Object.
Undo Reservation
When this action is enabled, it indicates that another user has the object reserved for modification. You can use this action to manually revoke their reservation and allow another user to modify the object.
A confirmation message appears with details about the user and the action they are performing.

This action is only available to site and organization administrators.
Tabs
The following tabs are viewable on the UDI template information page. You can customize the tabs that appear on each object information page to display the information most useful to you. For more information, see Customizing Information Page Tabs.

Displays the general attributes for the UDI template and complete view of the UDI template content.
Related Information
Displays the related information of the UDI template.
History
Displays the version history of a UDI template.
Routing/Process History
Displays information about the Routing and history of the UDI template object.
