Windchill Quality Management System 설치
Windchill Quality Management System(QMS)를 설치하려면 PTC Solution Installer(PSI)를 사용합니다.
PSI 설치 관리자의 다음 옵션에서 단일 컴포넌트 또는 Windchill Quality Management System 컴포넌트의 조합을 설치할 수 있습니다.
• Windchill QMS Foundation(General 및 Med Device) - QMS Foundation 데이터, 고장 형태, 고장 영향 및 손상 위험을 설치합니다. QMS Foundation에는 Windchill CAPA, Windchill Nonconformance, Windchill Customer Experience Management 또는 Windchill Audit의 QMS 모듈 기능이 포함되어 있지 않습니다. QMS 모듈 기능을 사용하려면 비즈니스 요구 사항이나 라이선스 기능에 따라 개별 모듈을 선택하거나, QMS Surveillance and Corrective Action(General)을 그룹으로 선택하거나, QMS Surveillance and Corrective Action(Med Device)을 그룹으로 선택합니다.
• Windchill QMS Surveillance and Corrective Action(General) - 제품 관련 활동을 생성할 수 있는 Quality Management System의 일반 버전을 설치합니다. 이 모듈은 Windchill CAPA, Nonconformance, Customer Experience Management 및 QMS Foundation을 지원합니다. 이 모듈은 자동차 및 전자 산업 등 비의료 산업 분야 사용자에게 권장됩니다. 고객 경험 객체에 대한 규제 보고서 생성은 지원되지 않습니다.
Windchill QMS Surveillance and Corrective Action(Med Device) - QMS의 전체 기능을 포함합니다. 이 모듈은 Windchill CAPA, Windchill Nonconformance 및 Windchill Customer Experience Management의 모든 기능을 지원합니다. 이는 의료기기 산업 규제를 지원하기 위해 사전 정의된 템플릿과 프로세스를 통합합니다.
• Windchill Audit Management(General) - Windchill QMS Foundation과 함께 감사 생성 및 편집, 감사 요약 보고서 생성 등 감사 관리의 모든 기능을 설치합니다. 이 모듈은 Windchill CAPA 및 Windchill Nonconformance와의 연관을 지원합니다.
• Windchill Regulatory Master(Med Device) - 규제 기관 제출 생성, 편집, 보기 등 Windchill Regulatory Master의 모든 기능을 설치합니다. 이 모듈을 통해 사용자는 규제 기관에 규제 기관 제출을 하고 Windchill QMS Foundation과 함께 규제 기관 제출에 대한 후속 조치를 취할 수 있습니다.
• Windchill Unique Device Identification(Med Device) - UDI 생성, 편집, 보기 등 UDI의 모든 기능을 설치합니다. 이 모듈을 사용하면 사용자는 모든 지역의 의료기기에 고유 식별자를 할당할 수 있습니다.
설치를 위해 PSI에서 선택한 컴포넌트에 따라 품질 솔루션의 조합이 자동으로 선택되거나 비활성화될 수 있습니다.
Windchill Quality Management System을 설치하거나 업그레이드할 때 고려할 추가 사항:
• 설치할 제품을 선택할 때, Windchill CAPA, Windchill Nonconformance, Windchill Customer Experience Management 등과 같은 품질 솔루션 외에도 Windchill PDMLink 및 Windchill ProjectLink를 선택합니다.
• 로드할 데이터 집합을 선택할 때, 데이터베이스 스키마 작성 및 기본 데이터 로드를 선택합니다. 생산 설치의 경우 데모 데이터 로드를 선택하지 마십시오.
• Windchill CAPA가 이미 설치되어 있는 경우 Windchill QMS Surveillance and Corrective Action(General) 또는 Windchill QMS Surveillance and Corrective Action(Med Device)을 설치할 수 있습니다. Windchill QMS Surveillance and Corrective Action(General) 및 Windchill QMS Surveillance and Corrective Action(Med Device) 설치는 상호 배타적입니다. Windchill QMS Foundation은 Windchill CAPA와 함께 자동으로 설치되므로 이 모듈의 설치는 지원되지 않습니다.
• 업그레이드의 경우 Windchill Customer Experience Management의 전체 기능이 설치되어 있으면 Windchill QMS Surveillance and Corrective Action(Med Device)으로 업그레이드해야 합니다.

일반 참고 사항
• Windchill QMS Surveillance and Corrective Action(General) 모듈을 설치한 경우 규제 보고서 관련 기본 설정이 기본 설정 관리에서 기본 설정의 품질에 표시됩니다.
• PDMLink와 같은 다른 Windchill 모듈이 있는 Windchill QMS Foundation(다른 QMS 모듈 제외)만 설치한 경우 서버에서 개선 사항 분류 트리가 로드됩니다. 고객 경험 관리 모듈은 서버에 설치되지 않기 때문에, 개선 사항 분류 트리는 시스템에서 아무 소용이 없습니다.
• Windchill QMS Surveillance and Corrective Action(General)을 설치한 경우 품질 분류 트리 관리에 의료 기기 관련 분류 트리도 표시됩니다.
