Viewing PDF Documents
To use the markup capability for PDF documents available in Creo View, you must have the PTC Windchill PDF Collaboration license.
When you log in to Windchill and open a PDF document, the menu options such as creating or modifying markups, in the Markup ribbon are available only when you have the PTC Windchill PDF Collaboration license.

The PTC Windchill PDF Collaboration license expires after 90 days. You are required to open content from Windchill into Creo View to validate the license before you can continue to work with markups for PDF content.
