Working with Organizations
Organization administration and organization business administration tasks are performed from the links available under Organizations in the Navigation pane. Only organization, site, and business administrators can see the Organizations links.
Site administrators and site business administrators can view the Organizations table, which lists all organizations that exist within the site, by clicking the View All link under Organizations .
Organization administrators and organization business administrators can view and perform tasks only under Organizations to which they belong.

Members of the Shared Team Creators group who are not also organization administrators can view the Organization > Team page, but not any of the other pages.

Description
Displays information specific to the current organization, such as name, owner, and created and modified dates.
Displays and provides access to the objects (folders, documents, and links) stored in the organization context.
Displays the lists of users who are allowed to create projects, programs, products, libraries, and shared teams in the organization. Available to business administrators.
Displays all administrators for the organization context. Available to business administrators.
Displays any groups created in the organization context. Available to business administrators.
Displays all shared teams within the organization. Shared teams are a useful management tool which streamlines the use of similar teams in multiple application contexts. Available to business administrators.
Displays all roles in the organization context. Available to business administrators.
(Arbortext Content Manager, Windchill PDMLink, or Windchill ProjectLink only) Displays all profiles in the organization context.
Displays all reports available for use at the organization level.
Displays templates available for the organization context, such as document templates, life cycle templates, and workflow templates. Also, provides access to create new or modify existing templates.
Provides access to administrative clients that the organization administrator can use to manage certain aspects in the current organization context.
Enables the business administrators to manage certain aspects in the current organization context.
