Business Administrative Change Utility
The Business Administrative Change utility enables you to create a package of business administrative changes and export them to a production Windchill system. It also enables you to import business administrative changes from another Windchill system.
The Business Administrative Change utility is available in the Business Administration section in the Utilities page under Site 
and Organizations 
. This utility can be accessed by the organization administrators who are members of the Business Administrative Change Package Creator and Business Administrative Change Package Importer user groups, and by site administrators.
