AI Credits Consumption
An AI credit is a unit of consumption that represents the cost of performing an AI-powered action. The number of credits consumed depends on various factors, including the complexity of the task, the type of AI model used, the amount of data processed, among others. Users spend AI credits to access and execute different Windchill AI functionalities within a product.
Customers may contact PTC support to verify their current AI credits consumption.

The credits consumption for the Windchill AI is determined as follows:

Access to AI capabilities will continue even after the allocated credits are consumed. The PTC Compliance team monitors usage and works with customers to determine the requirement for additional credit packs or to pause access until credits are renewed.
