Windchill AI Assistant Plugin: 2026.0.0.21

User Interface Location: Windchill AI Assistant tab in the Navigator pane.

Windchill AI Assistant event queue entries with number values greater than 2,147,483,647 can now be successfully consumed from the queue, and the corresponding business objects are indexed as expected.

To ensure reliable indexing, PTC recommends updating Windchill to the following versions or later:

In earlier Windchill versions, notifications with number values greater than 2,147,483,647 may remain indefinitely in the Executing state, blocking further indexing.

Workaround—If an update is not immediately possible, manually delete the queue entries in Executing state from the WindchillAIAssistant_QUEUE to allow indexing to continue.
