Exporting the Materials Tracker Dashboard
PTC FlexPLM allows you to export the Materials Tracker Dashboard page into Excel or PDF formats.
1. Run a filter to isolate the information you want to export. If you do not apply a filter, PTC FlexPLM exports all information from the Materials Tracker Dashboard page.
2. Click the export to PDF icon
or the export to Excel icon
.
3. Do one of the following to save or open the file:
◦ Click Save to save the file with the default file name and to the default location. You can also enter a new file name and specify a new file location by selecting from the Save in list.
◦ Click Open. The system opens a window where you can open the file.
| You might have to disable all pop-up blockers to open the file. The File name field defaults to the name generated by PTC FlexPLM, which follows the following format: Document_UserName_Date_Time. The last three components of the file name are variable depending on the file generated and who generated it. |
