Setting a Favorite Line Sheet
To simplify the process of accessing frequently used season line sheets, the PTC FlexPLM interface lets you specify favorites.
To set a favorite line sheet, click the add to favorites icon
to add the active line sheet to the
Favorites section of the side navigation bar. The line sheet appears under
Seasons.
Views
Use the view function to customize the display of line sheets. For more information, see
Working with View Options in the Line Sheet.
Filters
Click
Filters and select items from the
Line Sheet Viewer Filters panel. When you have finished selecting items, click
Run to apply the filters. For more information, see
Working with Filter Options in the Line Sheet.
Options
Click
Options and select items from the
Line Sheet Viewer Options panel. When you have finished selecting items, click
Run to apply the options. For more information, see

Expanding Individual Table Rows
When viewing the line sheet, you can expand both individual and multiple rows. To expand individual rows, click the expand icon
for the row you want to expand. The system expands the row, and displays a list, from which you can select which product information you want to view:
Order Confirmation,
Sizing, or
RFQ.
• The default selection for this list is Order Confirmation.
• The system remembers your selection, and automatically selects this option from the list when you expand other individual rows.
• If you navigate away from the line sheet and return, the system reverts to the default selection.
• Administrators can change the default selection using a property setting.
Expanding Multiple Table Rows
To expand multiple line sheet rows, select Order Confirmation, Sizing, or RFQ from the list next to Expand Selected. Select the line sheet rows that you want to expand and click Expand Selected to expand all selected rows and display the selected information.
Hiding and Showing Table Columns
You can click Hide/Show Columns to access the hide/show table columns functionality.
Sorting Tables
You can also click Sort Options to access the table sort by options.
