The Disable/Enable 3D Content and Authoring setting must be enabled before you can enable Step Check for an organization.
The Disable/Enable Step Check setting allows organization administrators to hide or show Step Check functionality within their organization. When this setting is disabled, the following UI elements are hidden in Vuforia Editor:
• Pass/Fail with Step Check option in the feedback type drop-down for steps in a procedure
• STEP CHECK tab in the procedure editor pane
• Step Check section on the PUBLISH tab

Disabling this feature only affects the creation of new steps in procedures. Existing steps that utilize the Step Check feature will continue to collect data.
