Adding User Groups to the TW.RSM.RemoteServices Group
Next, add the “PackageManagers” and “DeploymentManagers” groups that you just created to the TW.RSM.RemoteServices group as members. These groups will inherit all of the visibility granted to the users of the Remote Access and Control utility.
1. From the ThingWorx Composer, click User Groups under SECURITY.
2. Search for and select TW.RSM.RemoteServices.
3. Under ENTITY INFORMATION, click Members. When the Members in Group page appears, click Edit Members.
4. Click and drag the members from the list on the left, to the list on the right.

Hold the CTRL key down to select more than one user at a time.

5. Click Save in the Edit Members window, and then Save again on the Members in Group page.
6. Click and drag the appropriate users from the list on the left to the list on the right to add users to the group.
