Download Anomaly Detection Service Files
The Anomaly Detection service files are available in a software download package of the ThingWorx Analytics ThingWatcher. The package includes the Results and Training services.
1. Log into the PTC Support Site.
2. Select the Download Software option.
The Order or Download Software Updates page opens.
3. Click the first subheading, Order or Download Software Updates. Enter your Customer Name and Customer Number and click Next.
The PTC Software Download page opens.
4. Under Step 1: Select the Product Family, scroll to ThingWorx Analytics and select it.
5. Under Step 2: Choose Release & Download, navigate to the download links by expanding each of the following successive options:

6. Next to ThingWorx Analytics ThingWatcher-<n-n>, click HTTPS or Download Manager to download the zip file and extract its contents.
The zip file includes the following:

Contains the following component folders and files:
Microservices-Docker — a folder containing a tar file for each microservice
Microservices-JAR — a folder containing a .jar file and a .yml file for each microservice
ThingWatcher.zip — includes .jar and javadoc files as well as other dependencies

Contains documentation files.
sample-mashups
Contains sample mashup xml files that can be imported into ThingWorx Composer for use in the Mashup Builder.
eula.rtf
Contains the PTC End User License Agreement.

This document described new functionality, upgrades, and fixes in the release.

This document describes what the software package includes.

Contains any necessary third-party licenses.
7. In the extracted files, navigate to the components folder and extract the ResultsService and TrainingService files you need, depending on whether you want to install via the JAR or Docker process.
