Installation Logs
During installation, the installer writes log files to the installation directory on your host computer. The log files contain details about the installation process. If you have issues during the installation, consult the logs for errors.
Log for Analytics Server Installation
The following log file is created in the ThingWorxAnalytics installation directory:
/opt/ThingworxAnalytics/ThingWorxAnalyticsServer/install.log

If the location of your installation directory is different because, for example, you upgraded from an earlier release, adjust your navigation accordingly. For more information, see:

Logs for Platform Analytics Installation
The following log file is created in the PlatformAnalytics installation directory:
/opt/ThingWorxAnalytics/PlatformAnalytics/install.log
