Log Sheets
Usage
These characteristics are used to apply limits on entries in log sheet attributes, color code the log sheet cells when values are outside warning or reject limits. Limits are not associated to a specific version of a log sheet: changing a limit makes it immediately visible in the next entry in a log sheet and new versions of log sheets do not expire related limits.
In CWC Fabrication, for a log sheet, the limits used will always be the limits that were effective at the time of a column’s creation.

Configuration
Limits must be configured on an attribute-characteristic association and optionally associated to an equipment of any level. Product or product type is optional.
Retrieval Logic
This context uses both inheritance methods and will use the following sequence to find the appropriate limit to use:
1. Attribute AND Equipment AND Product
2. Attribute AND Equipment AND Product Type
3. Attribute AND Product
4. Attribute AND Product Type
5. Attribute AND Equipment
6. Attribute
