View Assets for Deployment
After you deploy a package, you can view the assets in the deployment to monitor their status and information on the View Assets For Deployment page. Access this page from the Track Deployments page by selecting the package and clicking View Assets for Deployment icon.
On the View Assets For Deployment page, you can view details about the assets in the deployment, as well as information about the package and the deployment itself. To view a different package, click Switch Package icon and select the package from the Find Packages For Deployment page. For more information, see Find Packages for Deployment.
You can use the fields in the Filter section to filter the Assets in Deployment table by asset name, status, or deployment start or end dates. Make your filter selections and click FILTER to apply them. Click CLEAR to remove the filters. You can click Collapse icon and Expand icon to collapse and expand the Filters section.
The Assets in Deployment table includes the following information for each asset:
Column
Description
Asset Name
Specifies the name of the asset (delivery target).
Status
Specifies the state of the asset (delivery target) state. The delivery target states are different for file-based and instruction-based packages. For more information, see Delivery Target States during Deployments.
*
If any assets have a Failed status, click RETRY ALL to redeploy all delivery targets that failed. If the current deployment is in progress, you can continue to redeploy until all the delivery targets are successful.
Download Date
Specifies the date on which the package was successfully downloaded to the asset.
*
For instruction-based packages, this value is empty.
Install Date
Specifies the date on which the package was successfully installed on the asset.
Auto-Retries Attempted
Displays the number of automatic retries attempted for the deployment. If the deployment has a finite number of retries specified, this value displays as the retries attempted / maximum retry count, for example 11 / 100.
Message
Displays the status message for the delivery target if there is a deployment failure.
For more information about the delivery target status messages, see Delivery Target Status Messages during Deployment.
The total number of assets in the deployment is displayed at the bottom of the table. To move between different pages, click Left navigation arrow or Right navigation arrow, or click a page number to go to that page.
When the toggle at the top right of the page is enabled, the Assets In Deployment table refreshes every 30 seconds. You can also click Refresh Now to manually refresh the table.
The following actions are available, depending on the status of the assets selected in the table:
Cancel icon–Cancels the selected deployments. This action is available for assets (delivery targets) in all states except for Completed. For more information see Cancel a Package Deployment.
Retry icon—Retries the selected deployments.
Abort icon—Aborts the selected deployments.
Click BACK to return to the Track Deployments page.
