Switching from using Axeda GAS nodes to ThingWorx GAS nodes involves a DNS switch. If you have been using the Axeda GAS Manager, you must remove the old Axeda URL and IP references from GAS Manager. Not removing them causes issues with ThingWorx GAS nodes connecting and disconnecting. If you run into this issue, check the Axeda GAS Manager to ensure that the old Axeda URL and IP references have been removed from GAS Manager.
