If you do not see the item of interest, check entity permissions. Some types are derived or specialized Things controlled at the entity level.
For Thing Groups, if the ThingGroup Visibility Permission Delegation Enabled option is enabled in the User Management Subsystem, it doesn’t affect collection level visibility permissions for Thing Groups. For example, if a user has the ability to see all Thing Groups due to collection level permissions, it is not necessary that they can see all Things that are children of Thing Groups when visibility permission delegation is enabled. A user has to have visibility to a specific Thing Group in order to see that children Thing and take advantage of visibility permission delegation.

The Remove button allows you to terminate all rights of a selected user, group, organization, or organizational unit from the selected collection. |
The Bulk Set button allows you to apply a set of permissions to many users or user groups simultaneously. Use the check boxes to select users and user groups to update, and then click Bulk Set. Set the appropriate rights in the additional form that opens, then click Done. |
