Getting Started Using Integration Connectors

Certain apps provided by PTC pre-configure Integration Connectors and would not require the steps below. Check the documentation for your apps to determine if the following information is applicable.

To configure the Integration Connectors, first determine the following:
• The endpoints in the back-end system you want to expose in your ThingWorx mashup. Each endpoint contains a collection of attributes that you can select.
• The Data Shapes to use in the mashup to display the attributes you want to expose from the back-end system.

The only supported date-time formats are ISO-8601. To display dates in other formats, use the string field in the Data Shape.
