Known Issues in ThingWorx Navigate 9.4.0
Some attributes are not available from Windchill REST Services (WRS)
Some attributes are not currently available from WRS and therefore not available in the refactored View Document, View Drawings, View Part Properties, and View Part Structure tasks.
To review the list of attributes, seeList of attributes not currently available from WRS.
Some attributes are displayed differently when the language in ThingWorx is set as en
For View Part Properties and View Part Structure tasks, the following attributes for CAD documents are displayed differently:
Revision attribute displayed as New Revision
Component ID attribute displayed as identifier
This behavior is due to a mismatch in the language value set in ThingWorx (en) versus the value set in Windchill (en-US). As a workaround, propagate this property to the wt.properties file - com.ptc.lwc.enableDefaultToEnUS=true. For more information, see this technical support article.
If you upgraded without performing this workaround, manually add this attribute on the tailoring page of the respective task. This known issue will be fixed in Windchill 13.0.0.0.
Alias and Calculated attribute types with multiple values are not displayed in the View Part Structure task
When Calculated and Alias attribute types have multiple values assigned to them, the values are not displayed in the View Part Structure task. This known issue will be fixed in a future release.
Inconsistent file name format is displayed for downloaded drawings when ThingWorx Navigate is configured with replica Windchill
When configuring ThingWorx Navigate with replica Windchill, the file name format of the drawing downloaded in the View Drawings task is presented as fileName.extension as opposed to fileName_partNumber_state_version.iteration. This known issue will be fixed in the following Windchill releases: Windchill 13.0.0.0, Windchill 12.1.2.3, and Windchill 12.0.2.13.
Sequence of swapped attribute columns is not retained in the Item List
If the attribute columns in the Item List are swapped, the swapped sequence is not retained after the page is refreshed. This known issue will be fixed in a future release.
The known issues and limitations documented for 9.x versions mentioned below are also applicable to ThingWorx Navigate 9.4.0, unless mentioned as fixed.
