Upgrade Successful
Based on the status of your upgrade, you will see either of the following screens:
Success!
ThingWorx Navigate is successfully upgraded.
Configuration from your source ThingWorx Navigate version is retained after the upgrade. Proceed with configuration only if you want to make any changes to your existing configuration. For detailed configuration instructions, refer to the Configure ThingWorx Navigate topic.
Upgrade Successful with Errors
If you see this screen, your ThingWorx Navigate upgrade is successful but incomplete as attribute mapping for the View Document task has failed. For detailed information on the failure, review the ThingWorx log files. The failure log lists the attributes for which the mapping has failed. To resolve this issue, open the tailoring page for View Document and manually add the missing attributes (using details obtained from the log files) to the selected attribute list.
Refer to the Version 9.3.4 Release Notes to see details on the known issue regarding missing attributes.
Next Steps
After a successful upgrade, non-administrator users must be granted permission to access ThingWorx Navigate tasks. For more information, see the topic Modify ThingWorx Permissions: Users and Groups.
Once the required permissions are granted, you can proceed with restoring your custom tasks, reapplying your changes to the deny list, and updating project dependencies, as described in Restore Your Custom Tasks and Deny List into the Target System.
