Ability to report a problem from any task in the PART TASKS COLLECTION or DOCUMENT TASKS COLLECTION
The Report a Problem task has been enhanced to allow reporting a problem from part and document tasks. The Report a Problem action that is available beside the task switching menu enables users to report a problem from within any view task, such as View Parts List or View Document. When reporting a problem within a view task, the associated part or document of the open task is added as the affected object and is displayed in the pop-up. This enhancement will help users to directly report a problem in the context of any part or document.

Administrators can tailor the CHANGE MANAGEMENT TASKS COLLECTION to control the visibility of the Report a Problem action that is available beside the task switching menu within any view task.
Support for the electronic signature (e-signature) capability in My Tasks
For any Change Request (CR) review task in Windchill that is configured to require an e-signature, ThingWorx Navigate users are required to electronically sign their review task. Users are prompted for their credentials to e-sign their CR review task after selecting a routing option, such as Approve or Reject. This enhancement will benefit customers that require signatures for regulatory compliance and auditing trails.
For ThingWorx Navigate 9.3.0, the e-signature capability is supported with Windchill 12.0.2.4 and 12.1.0.1.
Simplified installation and upgrade
ThingWorx Flow is no longer a prerequisite for the installation or upgrade of ThingWorx Navigate 9.3.0. The ThingWorx Integration Runtime technology will continue to provide the underlying connectivity requirements for ThingWorx Navigate.
Landing page improvements
The Download Drawing Bundle task has been moved from the CUSTOM TASKS COLLECTION to a new collection named OTHER TASKS COLLECTION. This is a standard, out-of-the box (OOTB) task.
The landing page has been updated to standardize its look and feel with tasks in the CHANGE MANAGEMENT TASKS COLLECTION. It includes the following enhancements:
Menu bar added to the left
Footer removed
Header resized and PTC logo repositioned
Updates to components
E-signature component: The e-signature component has been introduced to enable users to electronically sign their CR review tasks.
Item Identity component: The Item Identity component has been enhanced with a new predefined configuration, Document Identity. This predefined configuration displays a panel containing basic information about a document. The panel includes primary and secondary titles, an image, a secondary icon, and identity attributes.
Reduced padding: ThingWorx Navigate components have been updated to have reduced padding. If you created custom mashups using components in a previous release of ThingWorx Navigate, you may notice these changes when you open your custom mashups in ThingWorx Navigate 9.3.0.

The following known issues and limitations are new for the current release of ThingWorx Navigate.

Accessing the Report a Problem task for a .pvz document
You may face issues while accessing the Report a Problem task from within a task in the DOCUMENT TASKS COLLECTION for a .pvz document. This is a known issue and will be fixed in a future release.
Sorting of contexts while tailoring the Report a Problem task
While tailoring the Report a Problem task, contexts in the Fixed context box are not sorted alphabetically when the first character of the available context names include numbers as well as alphabets. For instance, 1Prod, 0Prod, AProd.
The known issues and limitations documented in the ThingWorx Navigate 9 Help Center and ThingWorx Navigate 9.2 Help Center are also applicable to ThingWorx Navigate 9.3.0, unless mentioned as fixed.
