請於 Release Advisor 或 ThingWorx Navigate 產品相容性一覽表中查閱 Windchill、ThingWorx、Web 瀏覽器、協力廠商軟體及其他必要應用程式的支援版本。

PTC 計劃在 ThingWorx Navigate 的下一個發行版本中淘汰 ThingWorx Navigate 產品相容性一覽表。將不會再針對未來發行版本維護此文件。如需相容性資訊，我們建議參考 Release Advisor。

• 在 ThingWorx 說明中心中審核系統需求的 ThingWorx 調整大小指導原則。

• ThingWorx Navigate 平台調整大小指南可協助您確定成功部署 ThingWorx Navigate 所需的硬體組態。

• ThingWorx Foundation 必須在安裝 ThingWorx Navigate 前使用安裝程式進行安裝。如需安裝 ThingWorx Foundation 的說明，請參閱 ThingWorx 9 說明中心的 ThingWorx Foundation 安裝程式。

• 如果您打算使用單一登入 (SSO) 驗證配置 ThingWorx Navigate，您必須先使用 SSL 配置 ThingWorx Foundation，然後才能開始 ThingWorx Navigate 安裝。

• 雖然 ThingWorx Foundation 支援 PingFederate、Azure Active Directory 以及 Active Directory Federation Services 作為中央驗證伺服器 (CAS)，但 ThingWorx Navigate 在此發行版本中僅支援 PingFederate。

• 使用安裝程式安裝 ThingWorx Foundation 之後，請執行「授權配置器」工具來接收具有 ThingWorx Navigate 權利的有效授權。

ThingWorx Flow 必須在安裝 ThingWorx Navigate 前使用安裝程式進行安裝。如需安裝 ThingWorx Flow 的說明，請參閱 ThingWorx 說明中心的安裝 ThingWorx Flow 主題。

ThingWorx Foundation、ThingWorx Flow 與 ThingWorx Navigate 必須安裝在相同系統中。

安裝 ThingWorx Flow 時，如果您尚未使用應用程式所需的自我簽署憑證更新 extra.crt 檔案，請確保在安裝 ThingWorx Navigate 前更新該檔案。如需詳細指示，請參閱「ThingWorx 說明中心」的 ThingWorx Flow 的後續安裝步驟中的步驟 7。

如果您有現有的 ThingWorx Integration Runtime 安裝，請依照下表中與您的作業系統相關的指示將其解除安裝：

• 為了加強安全性，我們建議您先使用 SSL 配置 Windchill 伺服器，然後再開始 ThingWorx Navigate 安裝。如需有關如何執行此操作的指示，請參閱 Windchill 安裝與組態指南。

如果您計劃使用 Windchill 驗證來配置 ThingWorx Navigate，您必須使用 SSL 配置 Windchill 伺服器，然後才能開始安裝。

• 欲在 Windchill 中啟用上載與下載請求，您需要使用此文章中的指示，將 Windchill 配置為允許「跨原始來源資源共用」(CORS)。請確保使用相同協定 (HTTP 或 HTTPS) 配置 Windchill 與 ThingWorx。PTC 建議使用安全連線 (HTTPS)。

配置 Windchill 時，可使用 ThingWorx Flow 的網址更新 web.xml 檔案中的 [ALLOWED_ORIGINS] 參數。例如，https://FlowHost:Port。

◦ 下載附件，例如，在使用「檢視零件結構」任務時，擷取只存在於 Windchill 複本儲存庫中的圖形檔案。

在配置 ThingWorx Navigate 時，您需要建立 KeyStore 與 TrustStore 檔案。您可以立即建立這些檔案，也可以在開始配置之前建立。如需詳細指示，請參閱針對 ThingWorx Navigate 建立 KeyStore 與 TrustStore 檔案主題。
