Installation and Upgrade

This section describes the product requirements, importing the ThingWorx Apps extension in a ThingWorx single-server environment and importing the ThingWorx Apps extension in a ThingWorx high availability active-active environment. Information on upgrading from a previous ThingWorx Apps release is also provided.

Understanding Your ThingWorx Apps License

The ThingWorx Apps tiles available in the console are determined by your license.

• The Asset Advisor, Controls Advisor, Trending and Troubleshooting, Alert Monitoring, and Configuration and Setup tiles are available with all licenses.

• The Production KPIs tile is available for SCO Premium or SCO Enterprise customers.
