To Auto Arrange Notes

3. To deselect the notes which should not be arranged, press and hold CTRL and click the notes to deselect.
 | The notes are placed without overlapping the leaders. Deselected notes are not included. |
4. Click OK. The Select dialog box closes, the notes are automatically arranged
