NOTE_TEXT_HEIGHT
-1 (default) — Sets the text height of notes to the Creo Parametric default.
>0 — Sets the text height of notes to the entered value.
<0 — Calculates the text-height of notes by NOTE_TEXT_HEIGHT * -1 * drawing_text_height.
