<TABCHAR><TABNUM=2> creates this hole notes:
• Table one: A01, A02, A03, and so on.
• Table two: B01, B02, B03, and so on.
<TABCHAR><IDNUM=2> creates this hole notes if START_WITH_ZERO is set to NO:
• Table one: A01, A02, A03, ... A08
• Table two: B09, B10, B11, and so on.
