• Add Collection – this task adds a Collection and creates a place holder for assets on Publication Manager.

◦ Create a collection named PARTS with All context and segment as SHARED.

◦ If a bundle has a documentedParts.xml file in it, then create a non-product collection named PARTDOCUMENTS, with the following settings:

▪ category as PARTDOCUMENTS

▪ segment as SHARED

▪ datatypes DOCRELATION, IEXML and PDFM

◦ Create a collection per Product and its related segment. Note that these collections must be created on other segments that are not SHARED.

• Deploy Collection – this task loads the assets to the sites. This task can be executed automatically once the Add Collection task is executed, by checking the Deploy Collection check box on the Add Collection task.
